Rebecca Erin Davison, daughter of Dr. Glenn and Kathy Davison of Chesterfield, and Aaron Max Finkelstein, son of Saul Finkelstein and Anne Friedman of New York City, have announced their engagement.

Rebecca is the granddaughter of Alvin and Adrienne Sher and Rosetta and the late Martin Davison, all of Chesterfield. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Norma and Lawrence Sher of St. Louis.

Aaron is the grandson of Carolyn and the late Bernard Finkelstein of Far Rockaway, N.Y., and Judith Goldberg, the late Herman Friedman, and the late Vera Friedman, all of New York City.

The bride-to-be graduated from Tulane University with a degree in marketing and business law. She is currently employed by a digital marketing agency in New York City. Her fiancé graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Middle Eastern studies. He currently works in business development at a staffing agency in New York City.

The couple met in Israel through mutual friends while Aaron was serving in the Israeli Army after college, and Rebecca was living and working in Tel Aviv. They currently reside in New York City.

A Feb. 26, 2017 wedding is planned.
