Bunsick-Bricker

Robyn Ann Bunsick, daughter of Stan and Denise Bunsick of Chesterfield, and Chad Michael Bricker, son of Ed and Arlene Bricker of Chesterfield, have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of Larry and Elsie Bunsick and Leonard and Radyne Cohn. He is the grandson of Lester and the late Ruth Bricker and the late Stanley and Ruth Siegel.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Parkway Central High School and the University of Missouri at Columbia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in early childhood and elementary education graduating summa cum laude. She is currently teaching kindergarten in the Parkway School District. Her fiance is a graduate of Parkway Central High School and the University of Missouri at Columbia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business. He is currently a district sales manager for Dot Foods.

An August wedding is planned.

Kahn-Joffe

Naomi Eve Kahn, daughter of Susan and Larry Kahn of St. Louis, and Ari Joffe, son of Melanie and Barry Joffe of Cincinnati, have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of Betty and the late Donald Ames of Youngstown, N.Y., and Thekla and Warren Kahn of Sarasota, Fla.

He is the grandson of Boris and Polly Sacks and Abe and Audrey Joffe, of Cape Town, South Africa.

Both the bride-to-be and her fiance are graduates of Indiana University, where they earned their B.S. degrees in psychology. She is currently working toward a Ph.D. in pediatric psychology in Atlanta. Her fiance is in his final year of law school at the University of Cincinnati.

A May 2006 wedding is planned, after which the couple will be residing in Atlanta.

Paskar-Stewart

Julie Michelle Paskar, daughter of Dr. Larry and Ellen Paskar of Chesterfield, and Steven Matthew Stewart, son of Steve and Mary Stewart of Kouts, Ind., were married Jan. 7, 2006, at the St. Louis Sheraton City Center, where Rabbi James Bennett officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the St. Louis Sheraton City Center. She is the granddaughter of the late Hyme and the late Madelyn Mendell and the late Joseph and the late Anna Paskar. He is the grandson of Arlene Stewart and the late Elbert Stewart and the late Afton and the late Lloyd Wellman. The bride chose Kristen Masiel as matron of honor. Flower girls were Stacy Elsalaymeh, the bride’s cousin; Elizabeth and Leah Paskar, the bride’s sisters-in-law; and Kristin Kahle.

The groom chose Andrew Stewart, his brother, as best man. Groomsmen were Mark Bresnahan; Kyle Craig; and Mark and Jeffrey Paskar, the groom’s brothers-in-law. Ushers were Nickolas Tournis and John Wilson.

Following a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple resides in Chicago.

Zimmerman-Kimmel

Pamela Beth Zimmerman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lon Zimmerman of St. Louis, and Michael Edward Kimmel, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Kimmel of West Chester, Pa., were married May 29, 2005, at the Missouri History Museum, where Arlene Honeywell of the Ethical Society officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the same location. The bride chose Melissa Diamond and Allison Charney as her matrons of honor. Bridesmaids were Marissa Kimmel, sister of the groom; Robin Zakoura; and Jill Berry, cousin of the bride. The groom chose Chris Tidball as best man. Groomsmen were James Kimmel, brother of the groom; Craig Zimmerman, brother of the bride; Colin Hodges, and Brett Laverty. Ushers were Chris Neff, Jeff Gold and Tom Escovar. Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple will reside in New York City.
