Sissy Block, daughter of Susan E. Block and Les Block and Ruth Litman-Block, and Arthur David Zoller, son of Dr. Jack S. Zoller and Linda Zoller (z”l) have announced their engagement.

The bride-to-be, Sissy, originally from St. Louis, is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and lived in Tel Aviv, Israel for nine years before moving to New York City. Sissy is a writer, performer and storyteller and “loves Israel for a living” as the associate director for communications at American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Her fiancé, David, is originally from New Orleans, La. and Telluride, Colo. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona and earned his MBA from Tulane University. David is also a photographer, painter, puppeteer, musician and music lover. The couple will reside in Dallas, Texas, where David serves as a vice president of the Weitzman Real Estate Group in investment sales and general brokerage.

A January wedding in St. Louis is planned with celebrations to follow in Dallas, New York and Israel.
