Hillary Joyce Bean, daughter of Margot and Kenneth Bean of St. Louis, and Ross Elliott Schumaker, son of Beverly Radloff of St. Louis, and Howard Schumaker and Ellen Rahn of St. Louis, have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of the late James and Margery Griffith of Cincinnati, Ohio, and the late Richard and Audrey Bean of Lexington, Ky. He is the grandson of the late Marvin and the late Margo Radloff of St. Louis, and the late Joseph and Bernice Schumaker of St. Louis.



The bride-to-be is a graduate of MICDS and Vanderbilt University, where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and art history, and Washington University School of Law. She is currently an associate at the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale LLP.

Her fiancé is a graduate of Parkway North High School and Lake Forest College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, business and studio art. He is currently a Sales Executive for PowerFlow Solutions, a document management software company.



A June 2010 wedding is planned.
