Andi Alper and Matthew Deutsch engagement has been joyfully announced. Andi is the daughter of Ellen and Steve Alper of Chesterfield and the granddaughter of Shirley Alper of St. Louis. Matthew is the son of Charlie and Naomi Ruth Deutsch of St. Louis, and Ellen and Howard Lerner of Austin, Texas.
Andi serves as a Prosecuting Attorney for St. Louis County, while Matthew works in building maintenance for Avenir Apartments.
