Zivar Amrami, daughter of the late Reuvin Amrami and Dr. Kimberly Amrami of Minneapolis, Minn., and Rabbi Zach Fredman, son of Shelly and Carmi Fredman of New York, N.Y. (formerly of St. Louis), have announced their engagement. 

He is the grandson of Bracha and Irving Fredman, Rosalie Rotenberg and Wally Mayer, and Marvin and Nancy Rotenberg. The bride-to-be attended Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is a photographer/artist. Her fiancé attended New York University and Jewish Theological Seminary and is a rabbi at The New Shul in New York City. 

A May, 2015 wedding is planned.
