Eric and Brandy Frank of St. Charles would like to announce the birth of their son, Simon Murray Frank, on Jan. 14, 2021 at St. Lukes Hospital in Chesterfield, weighing 6.1 pounds.

Simon is the grandson of Edmond and Janet Frank of Maryland Heights, Carolyn Ries of Washington, Mo., and William Ries of Belleville, Ill. Simon has one older brother, Leo, who is 3.
