Maturity and Its Muse, along with the Creve Coeur Arts Committee, will conduct a series of film viewings and discussions on Thursdays in September. The free series will focus on films that explore positive aging themes. Each film will conclude with an optional discussion between attendees and filmmakers, academics, and artists. All screenings will be held at AMC Creve Coeur 12, 10465 Olive Blvd., from 1 to 4 p.m. The schedule will be as follows:

• Sept. 3: “Away from Her” starring Julie Christie

• Sept. 10: “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel” starring Judi Dench, Maggie Smith and Tom Wilkinson

• Sept. 17: “Something’s Gotta Give” starring Jack Nicholson and Diane Keaton

• Sept. 24: “Driving Miss Daisy” starring Morgan Freeman, Jessica Tandy and Dan Aykroyd.
