HMLC film series screens ‘Conspiracy’

The 2019 Sandra and Mendel Rosenberg Sunday Afternoon Film Series continues July 28 with “Conspiracy.” Starring Kenneth Branagh and Stanley Tucci, the film is a compelling drama about the Wannsee Conference. At this gathering on January 20, 1942, senior Nazi officials meet to determine the manner in which the so-called “Final Solution to the Jewish Question” could be best implemented.
Introductory remarks and post-screening discussion facilitated by Christopher J. Probst, who teaches courses in modern European history, Nazi Germany and the Holocaust at Washington University and Maryville University.
The screening will be at 1 p.m. in the Holocaust Museum & Learning Center Theater, 12 Millstone Campus Drive. Films in this Sunday series are free and open to the public.
