Kennedy with a screening of “JFK” with director Oliver Stone doing a Q&A following the film; “Mandela: A Long Walk to Freedom” and “Running From Crazy,” about the Hemingway family, among dozens of other features, documentaries and short films.

WHEN: 4:30 p.m. kickoff, 5:30 p.m. race Saturday

411: Get in shape for the big bird feast by sprinting off some carbs at this first annual event. Run, walk or waddle in the spirit of community and physical fitness. Proceeds will go to sponsor physical fitness activities and opportunities throughout our community as well as raise funds to start a charity for nurses and the citizens they serve.
