The 17th Annual St. Louis Jewish Film Festival takes place from June 10-14 at Landmark Plaza Frontenac Theatre. We reviewed selected films from the festival, with three reviews appearing in this week’s Light (see this and opposing page) and more appearing in the June 6 edition. The festival, held by the Jewish Community Center, will feature 16 films. Tickets to individual films are $11 in advance or $12 at the door (except for the opening day double feature, which costs $18 per film, or $30 for two films). Student tickets (for those 16 and under) are $8 ($12 for opening day films). For tickets, call 314-442-3179 or visit www.brownpapertickets.com. For a full schedule with synopses of each film, visit the festival’s website: www.stljewishfilmfestival.org.
